For anyone wondering how TikTok's moderation works (as a former worker) I got the chance to hear that as long as it doesn't show any really explicit thing that portrays the flagged conduct it won't be banned. Example: you report nudit7 but its just a glimpse of an "ambiguous" body part that flashes... and it won't be banned. That's why even if things are evident for users it will be ignored by the rules set by TikTok.
