"wearing gym clothes for attention" gives the same vibes as "she mustve been asking for it", not to mention its so much easier to lift in less clothing 😭 no loose fabric in your way or uncomfortably tight clothing in the wrong places restricting movement.

To be fair at the gym the other day two girls put down their 6kg weights and lifted 20KG ones and took heaps of selfies. And a time after that one set up the camera to film herself and I was in the background and I moved because I didn’t want to be in it- she had no consideration at all.

Not everyone can afford PT’s so being able to get online and watch workouts for FREE and get genuine advice for FREE and watch them perform those workouts to make sure people out there don’t injure themselves and do exercises correctly is top tier for me. Women dragging women down is never cute.
