help please!!! how come when i do berries in muffins (even when i toss the fruit in flour) it sticks to the liners and just breaks apart completely 😭

I recently needed to restock cinnamon sticks and grabbed a big (only size available!) bag at an Indian grocer. I broke one stick up a little then ground it in my spice grinder and put it through a fine mesh sieve. Wow! Never going back to buying ground cinnamon. And I’ll be using blueberries 🫐 from Farmers Market—can’t wait to make these!
