Again, you're doing an amazing job. And I have faith in you. I bet you can have everything sealed up with the primer and painted within 10 days move-in seal off the bathroom and work on it while you're living there.

My parents had to de smoke our house when they moved in. Be patient. It's going to take awhile. But, Killz paint is your friend. PRIME EVERYTHING.

I can see painting but why do all fixtures and things like can do later. All u need is living, bathroom kitchen and bedrooms

You might want to check the sliding windows in the living room. When it puffs like that it means there’s air flow. Little bit of silicone likely and you’ll be right as rain. I love seeing the progress you and your wife got to be exhausted. Good vibes headed your way.

I think you could have it done in 3 months if you stay at it but don't over do it cause you will be exhausted and sick.

can you prime and wipe down everything in all rooms first so thats done? not sure if that is the current plan but id do that first and then go room by room for the rest.
