they are all just baby's. we lost our dobie to DCM this year. he was protective but also thought he was one of ny children. he also loved the groomers because they let him get away with things he wasn't allowed to do at home. for example sticking his toing in their ears 🤣. they are amazing dogs.

I think a lot of big dogs are actually mental giants but because they have the reputations and the ability to really do some damage, thats why their feared, but that fear is also what makes them gentle giants as many owners do go and train these dogs to try and prevent them from becoming the stereotypes or so they dont destroy their home (grew up with boxers and border collies who need the mental stimulation). However, with smaller dogs, because they dont really have those negative stereotypes, especially with first time buyers, that training can often get neglected which is why you then often see them reacting more, biting more, having really bad anxiety, etc. Obvs not everyone does this and the same can easily be said about people with bigger dogs, but this is just the patterns I have seen between big dogs and smaller dogs

I love watching these videos! I grew up with larger breeds, German shepherds, labs rotties etc and i now have 3 sausage dogs… I can honestly say more people have ran away from my house with 3 sausages than any other dog 😅😅😅

He’s a gorgeous boy, any Doberman dogs I’ve ever come across have always been the most sweet and loving dogs. I know not all are like that but that’s the way they’ve been reared.
