wow, thank for the insight,all this while I thought giving the customer varieties is the best way to make a customer happy and buy more. It works sometimes but what I realized when I give them a 3rd & a 4th choice, they end up choosing the 3rd or the 4th instead of their 1st or 2nd choice.
