My whole life and I do mean this with all my heart my whole life I been so bad at taking notes. Always felt that the right way to take notes was to try ur best to write everything that was being said down. That’s why I was always behind and lost. Always ended in frustration and tears. I will definitely try this out.

i just want you guys to know you don’t HAVE to do this to get straight A’s. i get straight A’s and i quite frankly just do a bunch of nonsense. this is a fantastic technique, don’t get me wrong, but don’t let this make you anxious if you haven’t started yet and you feel like it’ll be too much!

I would write down what the teacher is talking about (not written on the slides) more than what is on the slides. Because most of the time the teacher wants you to know that story they are telling for the exam than the definition on the slide. I tend to forget information even if I heard it, so writing is key.
