Pre-payment certificate for your prescriptions to save a lot of money. Also if you don’t want to pay for extra leg room for disability reasons I always contact the airline and inform them of my disability and the reason I need extra leg room and they upgrade you to bulkhead for free on UK airlines

once you have you appointment go through your GP and get them to send you to pain management and then you will get the injection for free, i have them due to pain in my back and I get everything your saying the pain is horrible and I cry alot with the pain to

Pain management in America means developing a drug dependence. I really hope they help you!! I had a similar issue for 5 years of excruciating pain and told I was fine in every scan and test! Finally, one amazing doctor figured it out. I pray the same happens for you!
