No hate but while you see a beautiful „luxurious“ part of a city i see a place not designed for the locals. Is kind of more a statement wasting tax money. I see a big empty road, parks and benches with no people, 2km between every building and when you said 4mio people live here i had to look it up on google maps. You can see the rest of the city is packed with tiny homes on top of esch other and you also said its a new area build 5-10 years ago but still in the middle of the city so what was there before and where did the people go?
