Listen. He never stated what he is doing differently to the other realtors that charge 1%. Realtors should be a fixed fee never a percentage of the value of the property.

why is it more expensive to sell a $1m home v. $500k. simple it isn't!! but there is money to be siphened and a quick & easy payday.

I would rather work with someone who charges 1% then someone who charges 3% for putting it on Facebook and paying a photographer. congrats to NAR who continue to fool the consumer into thinking agents are needed.
