Did they not say these new rules doesn’t affect those already on skilled worker visa before July 2025 or is it because she’s changing SOC code? And what about those who were on soc6146 that was scrapped, can they not switch to other codes?

In a friend of mine’s family, they applied for visa renewal having being on health care visa since June 2023, 3 of them have had visa approval remaining one of the children and it’s now over 2 months… no email requesting more documents or anything… just total silence from home office, what could be happening?
