I unplug the appliances or make sure the outlets are covered. We tell them days ahead that we're going away just for one night and we'd be back so they have to behave. We give them extra food and treats before leaving and once we are home 😂

House is completely locked down, rooms have sunshine, nothing can start burning, A/C & ceiling fans going, all water bowls are refreshed, jazz music, kisses & a full speech of exactly where I’m going ‘n how long it’ll take.
