do NOT go here. me and my friends went here july of 2025 and exploring the place was fine. but as we were leaving we checked out the front building and my friends dared me to knock and say house keeping because we would’ve walked in blind otherwise. so i did, and one of the guys in there ran out at us with a knife and started chasing us. my friends pushed me and ran themselves. i was genuinely mere seconds away from dying. they took my weapons and keys with them. never again will i go back, and i haven’t spoken to them sense.

do NOT go there, my friends and I went back in 2025 a few times just for the thrill and ended up being chased by dozens of homeless people after opening a door to some large auditorium type room. there was this couple who’d go around on a motorcycle warning us of an apparent “murd3rer” on the loose in that area. there were needles on the ground and the whole place just had this awful feeling, i’m glad nothing happened to us and it’s safe to say i won’t be back.

they tore it down. and it was really dangerous. First time i ever went there urban exploring a homeless man came up to us and said he was gonna 🍇 all the girls but we were with a big group of dudes so he walked away, there’s snakes, and one homeless guy was lowkey chill af and gave us a tour . That homeless man from the beginning continued to follow us

Went there a lot along 2023-2024, watching it decay was crazy, blood on mattresses, homeless chasing people and even kidnappings, was a wild but fun experience for explorers

if you wanna go exploring in abandoned places your best bet is not to do it in a place where there’s a high population of people. i feel like florida in general has stopped being that kind of safe place for explorers. that’s why i wanna do most of the exploring underwater. i can handle an animal but humans are more dangerous to me

I would go with coworkers to drop off food for the homeless there. they have a community built in the back like walking dead style... RVs, tents, campfires... its a little town with a gate... this was almost a year ago now

dude literally was about to comment don’t go here, and someone else had already commented the same experience as me. me and a couple of friends went here just to explore, found a lot of cool looking things, then we were chased by multiple homeless people, wielding chains and machetes and what not. it sounds bizarre, but i swear to you it happened. don’t go here.

Went there with a group of people for a music video at night probably 2 years ago it was so scary. needles were everywhere and baby stuff. There were a lot of homeless ppl but one specifically told us about some guy that shot him a couple days prior and then we saw 2 men dressed in yellow hazmat suits coming out of the other building. Never would go back
