@katelynmaygo: Bangladeshi Fuchka 🇧🇩🌶️🥔💛 Ingredients: •Fuchka (crispy shells) •3 medium potatoes, boiled & mashed •1 cup cooked chickpeas •1 red onion, finely chopped •2–3 green chilies, finely chopped •Fresh coriander, chopped •½ tsp chaat masala •¼ tsp red chili powder (optional) •Salt to taste •Tamarind pulp/water •Chopped cucumber •Grated boiled egg Instructions: 1. Mix the mashed potatoes with the chickpeas, onion, green chilies, coriander, chaat masala, chili powder, and salt. 2. Prepare the tamarind sauce to your preferred consistency using tamarind pulp and your favourite seasonings. 3. Crack the top of each fuchka and fill it with the potato and chickpea mixture. 4. Top with chopped cucumber and grated boiled egg, then spoon over the tamarind sauce. 5. Serve immediately and enjoy while they're still crispy! #bangladesh #fushka #panipuri #bengali

Ancient Bengal :

Fuchka is soo much more flavoursome then pani Puri(Indian) or gol gappa(Pakistan) , It has additional ingredients like egg , coriander, chilli , onions , plus there is a Doi version also, ours 🇧🇩 has tamirand spicy water , Whereas theirs have tamirand thick sauce
