@opulcess: Elon Musk worked around 14 to 16 hours a day when he was a millionaire in his 20s. Today, he works the exact same 14 to 16 hours a day. Notice what changed? It wasn’t the number of hours he put in. The hours stayed identical. What changed was the leverage. Most people think scaling from a million to billions requires working 100x harder. But you physically can’t work 100x more hours. The only way to scale like that is by fixing bottlenecks, focusing strictly on what actually moves the needle, and leveraging other people’s time, labor, and capital. He stopped doing low-value tasks, built massive engineering systems, and outsourced execution to thousands of elite people. You don’t need to put in 16-hour days to win, but you do need to understand the lesson: raw effort caps out fast. True scale only happens when you stop selling your own time and start building systems that leverage everyone else’s. Stop trying to work more hours and start building better leverage. If you want to learn how to scale your income using smart systems instead of brute force, drop a follow.
