@acservicetech: Make sure that you are aware of this issue when installing condensate overflow switches! In this scenario the emergency switch may not trip if there is some sort of condensate clog and the water may flow over the pan, through the unit, and into the building structure. Also, make sure to have a pan under the unit to catch any water and make sure to seal the pan hole and mount a condensate switch in the pan. There should never be any water in the secondary pan under the unit! That's great info. I would love to see a video with more detail on properly piping these units. We are told to use a ptrap on all our units. Especially on negative pressure systems. On ours however, we have the Tee located after the trap. We are told it will only drain if piped this way
