My THIRD baby I had pumped milk and was an over producer so I had plenty plus syringes of milk I brought in and the nurse shamed me for sleeping 4.5 hours(pre arranged this plan for me to sleep) meanwhile my husband took care of our baby, fed, changed and all she acted like I starved the baby lmao I’m like hello his whole ass dad is right there 😂 and clearly wasn’t our first rodeo at all this.. annoying af

I had a nurse that as soon as I told her I’d barely gotten any sleep and was like on the verge of tears she gave my baby a formula bottle(he wouldn’t latch) and then put a note on my door saying to leave me alone until a certain time.

man it be that bad!!! i payed for a private room and I got no privacy .they was not letting me sleep they kept coming in bothering me and I was soooo exhausted. bothering me asking me about shots and asking me weird questions about the father. it was such an odd situation. I made a complaint and they gave me my money back it was horrible .

worked at the hospital for a year and i couldn’t stand bothering my patients, but u can’t rest well in the hospital at all every hr on the hr somebody in coming to your room

I just wish they would organize better so mom and baby nurses could check vitals together so it wasn't my vitals, then once I dozed off they'd be back for the baby and repeat. Do both of ours together and let us SLEEP

seriously they make you desperate to leave. in theory, you should be recovering and getting rest before taking your baby home. I felt like I was actually being tortured.
