The double blade lets your supreme (segment) the fruit and the curved blade separates it from the rind, and if you’re careful can act as a spoon

cut the grapefruit in half, put the membrane in the middle of the double knife to release the segment from the membrane. then use the curved knife to extract the rest of the vesicles 👍

The curved one with the serrations is used to go UNDER the pith and separate the grapefruit, the other knife is to supreme the grapefruit! I have one Lmfaoo

double blade sides cuts both sides of membrane at once and the curved serrated side lets you cut all the way to the bottom around the edge

knife is meant to be used with already half cut oranges or grapefruits and stuff like it, the curved blade is so it moves w the curve of the fruit so that u can get single pieces or a the whole grapefruit off the peel, the double edge is to help when ur separating each piece from membrane (the line between each slide) where each blade is cutting the side of 2 adjacent pieces and then u go to the next so that u separate all pieces from the membrane twice as fast

so the curved blade is for the end of the grapefruit where the curve is and the two straight one cut on both sides of the idk what its called white membrane stuff.
