Teach don't preach. Not only is it necessary for our trade as most of us don't want to read about it, but do it! It's ur responsibility as a good person. I been in the trades from the start of life. Father was a GC. Now at 44 I know a ton of things. But if I don't teach and help. What's it matter? People like us were put on this life to make sure others continue and be better. With fewer mistakes hopefully
