Brother! You just made something in my brain click. I was a Jehova's Witness until I was 13. They spoke a lot about the 144,000. I always took that as a literal fixed amount, and wondered... If there are 8 billion current humans, and billions upon billions before us 1) Once that number has been reached that's it? No one else? 2) Out of all of those billions, why hasn't 144,000 already been reached? It makes SO MUCH MORE SENSE that it's not 144,000 people, but - THE 144,000 people - which has no limit. 😳😳😳
