I own a cafe, I don’t stock GF. Because no one buys it, why would I stock something that one person a month comes in looking for, doesn’t want to pay the price, and also I don’t have the space and can’t guarantee it won’t be contaminated… sorry, but it’s a no from me

This comment section is crazy! You do realise for most people being gluten free isn’t an option or a lifestyle. If you’re allowed to have oat and almond milk on hand for your daily coffee, then they can surely have gluten free food

Bread is gluten. If you take the gluten out of it, it’s not bread anymore lol. It’s like taking sugar out of toffee. What would you call that 🫠. Also pack your own food and eat it before you board the plane.
