I missed this content so much. I will say you changed my life in two ways I pay a lot more attentions to fabrics I buy and am way more particular with what I buy. More importantly I also now have a cat 😂😂

There is also a lack of knowledge in fabric. She let ppl choose their fabric but since she is not nearly as as knowledgeable as she needs to be she fails to offer the right kinds of option for what the clients want

It seems to me that the seamstresses don’t get to actually work the fittings, so it would make sense if the work looks “bad,” simply because it’s like a game of telephone with measurements and client feedback. But I could be wrong, this is not my area.

as a designer I politely disagree that the seamstresses arent to blame at all... a seamstress should know how to adjust the tension on the machine so seams aren't puckering or look crooked... every dress I've seen the sewing work was sub-par at best... probably because they are ramming it through the machine... they however can't be blamed for the awful designs & direction... that is more a designer issue... but sewing skills they should know & any seamstress worth their salt work alongside the designer & give opinions on how to best execute the product... whether the designer is willing to put ego aside to listen is a different story

She is self taught. She learnt to sew during the pandemic. She used to sew vintage tops together. The dresses now are a whole grift enterprise. The brides obviously didn’t research
