I have cervical vertigo and bppv it's been hell and apparently now the crystal is stuck in my right ear so the Epley did not work they did a different maneuver called the semont...Hopefully it works

what about heavy feeling in the ear under chick bone and nose/throat just one side. ear popping and feels like fluid moving in the ear but never comes out

it was so weard for me the first time i did this manoeuvre to hear the crystals move sounded like sand in a PVC pipe!!!

I would not recommend doing this alone for the first time. There's also a way to do this lying down. Please do your own research. 🙏

I do the epley onnthe bed with a pillow omg… saved my days.. feels like vomit as your doing it, but wow it makes all the difference.
