If it was in an accident and they never reported it to carfax, I believe you can go through them for a check. Carfax doesn’t mess around.

When you sign purchase paperwork on a used a car there is a paper that states you are purchasing “AS IS”- which I’m sure you signed. Brother you should have gotten a pre purchase inspection when spending that kind money on a used car. This sucks but due diligence was neglected from both sides here.

If you’re not happy about paying big for repairs, maybe don’t buy a high end German car like a bmw that is kinda known for needing major repairs… especially on a 7 year old model. You should’ve just gone to a new car dealership and maybe you wouldn’tve seen these issues right away but u def would’ve down the road

Coming from a salesmen, if you signed a “AS-IS NO WARRANTY” contract then you’re cooked but if they offered you a warranty and gave you any promises it should all be written on the contract and not just verbally, if you’re still within the 1 week purchase you can take them to the state and report them for false advertising and scamming directly and they’ll be forced to either pay you for all the parts and labor or they have to give you all your money back/cancel the contract, contact your state and they’ll help you out by opening an investigation, none of them get away with it I promise🙏
