There are people who are lean who would be attracted to her. The issue is that these people are, on the whole, more open to all people. So they’re always going to be partnered up first. The people in a dating pool are those who are less open - so she’s right that she won’t find what she wants in a dating pool. More accepting people rarely need a matchmaker.

Y’all in these comments talking about some skinny men like fat women. YES. Objectively that’s true! But obviously THESE men do not, and if they want a woman with a skinny/fit build, a matchmaker is not going to pair them with a fat woman. You can have whatever standards you like just understand your dating pool will be more limited the more standards you have & the more you fall outside of conventional standards.
