Get an MRI of your pituitary gland - likely could be a prolactin adenoma… mine when found was a macro at 13mm was lactating lots years later. Finally lost my cycle for a small bit with no pregnancy so they checked my hormones through blood and found irregularities that then caused them to set up an mri. Now medicated in cabergoline it has shrunk to 5mm
