Add in your garlic, and taco seasoning and mix in. Add in your rice and toast for a few minutes while stirring. Then add in your broth, cream, and salsa. Bring to a boil, cut the heat, cover and let it sit 5-7 minutes. When your rice has absorbed all the liquid and is done stir in 1 cup of cheddar cheese to melt. Then top with a little more cheese and cover it to let it melt and it’s ready to serve with your favorite toppings! #EasyRecipe #schoolnightdinner #DinnerIdeas #easydinner #quickrecipe
