Just made this & the Queso was too much imo. Next time I’m going to just drizzle it on top. And also add crushed up Doritos. I used beef instead of chicken because it’s what I had on hand but it tasted great! Oh & I added black beans. 🖤

GIRL, I made it tonight and it was yummy! Walmart was out of the Knorr rice so I used cheesy Mexican rice by ElPaso. Delicious 😊

that but with black beans, onions, corn and some diced tomatoes! out of this world!!! also have made it with ground beef with the same ingredients... and the beans, corn and tomatoes help stretch it in case you have a few more people to feed 😍😍😉😉
