Even if she didn't hear your footsteps, it’s possible that she saw you, or she was just walking around and it looked like she knew where you were, so that point is not valid. Also, the part where you said something about him saying things about the furry has nothing to do with your case of him teaming. You're just bringing it up to expose someone and help your case.
