They don’t have to look at the sky, they don’t have to be in the sun, and they definitely don’t have to be doing anything. The catch, and it’s the reason for the age line: this prevents far better than it reverses. Once the eye starts elongating, you’re in treatment, not prevention. The window is early childhood.
