since books are easy to get right now most of the "best" workers are anything that can do it and is a dark type for passive insomnia without needing a slot. for example the water one a Jellroy with 10 watering would be the best cuz they are dark and smaller than a big ol Jormuntide in your base

in end game take pal with good skills and low food eating like i had take dazzi noct and max her to be perfect and she eat barely nothing, shroomer noct usefull too prunelia too for lullu forget her name she good too there is a lot of hidden thing with skills who make some pal with a bit of book better than other
