I just came back from Madinah. my husband and son got a rawdah slot but me and my daughter couldn't. Even when we managed to get a slot within a few seconds it would say error. The staff at the help desk wee sat with a manger scrolling on their phones and refusing to speak. On my last day another hajji had told us how they purchased a rawdah privately. So I bought one too via them. I was denied entry first so I joined the que again and the stewards scanned it twice to see if it was genuine alhamdulillah I was in rawdah. The Nusuk app has leaked slots which people are selling or local people taking the slots and selling to make money. People who are travelling from miles away to Madinah are missing out.

Mine got checked at the 1st stop and got let in through the barriers by the time it got checked in the next queue they told me it had expired I was devastated, went to a different person and begged him to let me in because it was my last day in madina, Alhumdulillah he let me go through.

Soon people wont bother going to madinah! this nusuk app is a problem. utter nonsense that you can only go once inn365 days! im definitely Not.interested in spending so much money and then not being able to get in and deal with rude 'staff'.

This is exactly why pilgrims should screenshot the denial, date, time, gate and any staff advice before leaving. A clear record makes escalation much easier.

We tried so many times to book an appointment for Rawda, but for the ladies it was just not working. The men got appointment straight away. I went to the help desk but qadar Allah. Next time in sha Allah

no they are not fixing any issue related nusuk app or online appointments I talk to them they said keep trying every 20 minutes but it didn't work at all . nusuk app should need to update .no one will help you at all even you people who have tag for ask help they don't know about the app issues.

dah masuk tapi pengurusan secara pukal masuk secara jumlah besar menafikan hak untuk masuk ke Rawdah Sharifah seperti tertera dalam Nusuk. Yang mencuri masuk dari bawah tali zon Rawdah Sharifah terlepas tapi yg patuh menunggu kerana tidak tahu proses bila tiba di dalam Rawdah Umum dihalau keluar petugas. Terkilan dilayan sebegitu.
