I wasted so much time, energy, and money on these losers. I raised my daughter to never ever EVER lower her bar or accept bull sh it from anyone, especially men. She’s 15 now and it feels like breathing for the first time to watch her carrying herself with the highest level of self confidence and self respect. She refuses to accept anything less than what she believes in. It’s so healing for me.

Ladies remember if he’s complaining about his finances to you, he cannot take care of you, let alone himself let alone a family. He would never tell his dream girl he’s broke. i have an incredible man. but i still employ this wisdom. no matter what hardships we have, it's not up to be to feel sorry or worried for him. as a woman I AM the one who needs protection and extra support. it would be incredibly naive to overextend myself to compensate for him in any way. he needs to be able to stand on his own. hes grown and able bodied. why would i do that
