They had me remove my gauze covering on day three. I still had another see through covering over the incision and I had crazy bruising. It was initially dark purple the length of the incision (10-12”) and then it expanded the my whole cheek and that was yellowish (posterior incision).

I had posterior last Wednesday and now I have swelling on my left ankle. My recovery is painful

Wow! Looks Amazing! You also look more rested and relaxed. I’m proud of you. I’m on day 2 and mainly have pain where they separated the muscles from the bone. Although, I’m still on oxy.

How’s the PT and OT from what I remember they had my dad doing it the next day I know u were in a lot of pain next day vm but other then that how’s it going

Looks like very minimal swelling if any. Is the skin tight and hard around the incision area/upper thigh? Your pre op conditioning perhaps helped your body’s response.
