I assume this was made because of the stun guns limited reach, so that you can get close without the guard turning around and spotting you, because given how open some parts are, it would be tedious, annoying and increases the risk of a guard seeing you, if you're crouch walking to across the whole center area

I got a bad glitch if you start optional missions en spam the menu change your location en rechanges to mansion then find new solo lobby the box will be marked on the mission but you will not receive it en I did it solo en guards where armored en somehow harder to kill even grenade couldn't take them out
