I 100% agree. Being a CNA for 20 years, I appreciate everyday I get, and I always remember life is short.

I watch my father die of pancreatic cancer in a hospital bed in his home when he was 48 years old. got sick out of the blue and so much future ahead of him which didn't come. We are indeed lucky

My husband died of esophageal cancer. 5 months and he was gone. Have lost so many, it changes the way you think and what’s really important.

I volunteered for Visiting Nurse and Hospice Center. it was the most rewarding experience of my life. My brother was diagnosed with cancer and VNHC was there for him in a big way. after his death, I knew I had to return the favor.

Watching my grandmother in hospice changed my life. It was wild that she cared more about how I felt and if I would be okay. I miss her still

Almost died at 40, 7 days in ICU. Whole new outlook on life. I’ve been close to death so many times, but I crossed over and came back. No idea how, I thank the nurse that prayed over me while she gave me CPR.
