my daughter is autistic too I try my best not to yell but my daughter is 10 almost 11 and be knowing how to push my buttons all of them but I stay calm as possible

nope. no yelling. but I'm an older parent (was over 30 when I had my first child) and I have found that I have wayyyyyyyyyy more patience than younger parents do.
