you have a large following and im sure a lot of people have experienced benefits and relief from coaching; but, we need to be done with the idea that alignment and posture are truly indicative of anything. The evidence really doesn't support the idea that posture predicts back pain. Multiple systematic reviews have shown people with and without low back pain often have remarkably similar posture. If posture alone caused pain, we'd expect everyone with the same alignment to hurt, but they don't. Load tolerance, movement variability, physical activity, sleep, stress, and psychosocial factors appear to matter far more than whether someone sits or stands "perfectly." The best posture is usually just the next posture.
