@emmaskies: I cannot believe this is a series of sentences I have to say 😭 Twilight is NOT my chemical romance fanfiction. Guys. Please. It’s a joke. We have to be able to recognize jokes! 📚 #twilight #mychemicalromance #BookTok #books #stepheniemeyer

Anna Lyvis | Author🖊📚 :

but inspiration makes the MCR to the downfall of Ellen DeGeneres dominoes less funny.

Shawn Oropeza-Melendez :

“You couldn’t make that up” has caused a lot of people to believe things that were in fact, made up.

ChelseaWonderland :

Shat do you mean, its not true that 9/11 started MCR and the music inspired Stephanie who wrote Twilight which led to 50 shades of grey. Which led to dozens of other smut books to then be written and they we got ACOTAR and so on??? 😝

Sami :

We are losing the original scriptures 😂

The Bookish Bec :

What an intro 😅

soulofapoet :

Vampire money has a lot of tea though

Ariel :

What’s funny is I almost always think of Muse when I think of Stephenie Meyer lol

libraxmoonlight :

the concept of twilight (more specifically a sparkly man in a meadow) was a DREAM that came to smeyer one night

tanya_p92 :

Zoey Slayter :

In my defense I wasnt in the Twilight sphere and thought "If Fifty Shades could be Twilight fanfiction then why not?"

instarsabove :

Real ones know it was Muse 😉 (but also 9/11 is responsible for a resurgence of paranormal fiction so still kinda true 😂)

Casper :

That cold open is like getting slapped 💀

Jen Reads 📚💖💜💙📚 :

"Correlation does not equal causation" in a nutshell 😂

dess.diane :

Sarah Ritchie :

RareQuestGiver 🎮📚🎤 :

I’m an autistic millennial and Ive believed it for 15 years.

🎨📚 Jessica Renée Burns 📚🎨 :

ne could still argue that ifit was part of the inspiration, it is partly responsible for it existing. Especially since the book may not look exactly the same if it did not have said inspo. But no, it's still not fanfiction

Crystal Sorrow :

Who the hell said this?!?

Andrew Kehoe :

I believed it because I never read Twilight and don't really listen to MCR.

Mourning Breath Shoppe :
