@Luis714 a gang unit officer cannot legally pull anyone over or search a house without specific legal justifications. They must follow the exact same constitutional rules as regular police officers under the Fourth Amendment.

Gang unit used to tell us they could do whatever they want search without warrants anything they want all they had to say is that they believe we are part of a gang and most likely hid something I got convicted over a hunch with no traffic violations or anything illegal stop illegal search and I went to trial lost my case because the judge said my past is enough for probable cause
