I'd say no aura loss here. He's *trying* to deliver on a promis he made during his candidacy, that says a lot. More than most politicians who deliver empty promises and don't even attempt to deliver them when elected. He's also not scared of road blocks. He said "Oh, I don't have the authority to make it happen? Well then I'll just call on those that do and make it public so the pressure's on."

I don’t think I’m the only one but I think madmani’s handling of this was perfect. Using plain and direct language he has stated what he wants and why he thinks it should be done.
