this also upsets me because I absolutely love learning about someone I'm interested in, I love learning their hobbies and interests and learning how their emotions change to different things or events. People are so complex and when I'm interested in someone I just love to learn how they function because everyone is different and that is beautiful to me

The only reason why I don't like clingy is because the only clingy I've seen is their hands on me every time we're together, and I don't really like that because I get easily like either sensitive or overstimulated to touch, whichever it is, but I just don't want anyone that close sometimes but it's always when we're together that they want a hand on me somewhere.

THIS OMG. I found it difficult to tell others I loved them because I was always told my feelings were invalid in ways. When I did love someone I was always labeled as clingy or obsessive, and it was just me reciprocating? For some reason people think intimate gestures are just comfort and that there is nothing behind it. While I don’t expect a relationship or nothing, it’s not just nothing either as it means a lot. I’m better now, and I do still love that person, and they know. I love them enough to want them to be happy with whoever, and to support them regardless.
