I’m pretty sure this officer 👮 would add extra charges to a suspect if he was spat on, felony assault with a deadly weapon because bodily fluids are considered a biohazard, you don’t know if the person has a disease, or virus that could be contracted through excretion. “Spit” this officer needs to be charged for his stupidity.
