My headcanon is that Ron lives with the guilt of knowing what happened to Rattina, and that he avoids seeing Ratthew and pretends not to be able to stand his behavior because seeing him so identical to her corrodes him. But I also imagine that one day Ratthew is very close to discovering the truth, in a forbidden room of the hospital, and then he finds Ron and Ron is shocked. So Ron pretends to help Ratthew find out what happened to his sister, but then he starts to see reflections of her in himself, and begins to develop very confusing feelings. Until one day he can't take it anymore, and after seeing Ratthew get closer to a truth that Ron had been covering up, one day he kneels in front of him and, clinging to his legs, confesses everything. Ratthew isn't upset, but he's shocked and feels betrayed. Then he disappears too, and Ron panics because the scenario he experienced earlier with Rattina is repeating itself with Ratthew. One early morning while he is at the hospital, an emergency patient is brought in in a deplorable state, and it is Ratthew. Seeing that, a heart donor was needed, and surprisingly, Ron was a match. Ron arranges for Ratthew to have surgery at a private clinic and donates his heart, but he also leaves him his briefcase with all the information about what happened to Rattina. Every single file. Upon learning this, Ratthew cries with helplessness but gathers courage and starts a movement against the animals who did that, under the motto "anomalies feel more than an animal if the animal is who created them". Then Ratthew has a face-to-face confrontation with Dr. Harlow, who reveals to him that Ron is not dead. And then Ron enters, transformed into an anomaly, made to attack Ratthew and get him out of their way. But in a moment of awareness, Ron recognizes Ratthew and instead of attacking him, he protects him. Then it's an open ending.

I hc Ron was in love with Rattina but couldn't bring himself to confess to her and when she went missing, he felt intense guilt and anger at himself for not confessing and protecting her. And since Ratthew and Rattina are twins and look identical, Ron sometimes call Ratthew 'Rattina' by accident.

The only reason Ratthew and Ron ‘hate’ each other so much is because Rattina went missing, since they both were close to her and are grieving in their own way, or they partially blame the other for the reason she went missing

bueno yo me hice una historia no sé si les gustará,bueno es decir a ron le gustaba rattina en la forma en como era su personalidad tan linda ,dulce y inteligente ,Pero no sabía cómo expresarle lo UE sentía y eso ISO que ocultar sus sentimientos por ella ,cuando un día tuvo el valor de confesarse Pero no pud por UE ella se había retirado de trabajo es decir en pocas palabras renunció,y por ron ,no la volvió a ver ,asta que un día se encontró con ella , entonces ron la invitación a tomar un café,y pos rattina le conto que estaba enferma y que se iva operar,ron se preocupo por ella Pero le dió ánimos,el día de su operación ,ella fue al hospital Pero bueno después de su cirugía ,los doctores dijieron que estaba muerta,y pos ron se la creyó y pos se sintió devastado por ir nunca le pudo confesar cuanto la amaba,bueno después de unos años conoció a su hermano,en el principio no sabía que ella tenía un hermano gemelo Pero después de investigar se dió cuanta que era su hermano,cada ves que ron ve a su hermano se acuerda de ella ,o aveces sus forma de ser le hace recordar a ella eso ,eso ISO que ron comenzara sentir sentimiento por el solo por qué era un cuerdo que le hacía recordar a su hermano 😳

hc that Ron was in love with rattina but he was scared to confess but when he brought up the courage to thats the same day she went missing so that's why he avoids ratthew cause ratthew reminds him of rattina and ratthew says abit of stuff about him cause ratthew thinks Ron doesn't like him but in reality Ron just feels a heavy regret when he sees ratthew cause he never got to confess to rattina and he thinks its his fault she went missing and he also sometimes calls ratthew 'rattina' on accident cause they are twins

Ron loves Ratthew as well , but he just can't get over Rattina . Something about her was just so alluring to him , and Ratthew just feels more like a rebound to him despite the fact that Ron also loves him as well . And he knows neither relationship has or would have worked out , Rattina is gone for good and he still can't help but reminisce how it could've been had she not gone missing . He dreams about it while Ratthew is right by his side , and on multiple occasions will he slip up and call Ratthew ' Rattina ' and it never fails to make Ratthew physically recoil
