My daughter graduated form UCLA too. I believe it does open doors, and I believe you also need a good work ethic to go with that degree. My daughter is now heading to NYU for her masters.

It’s does not matter! I have a degree from UCR. It’s never held me back or from getting a good job. The only thing it did it kept me from being in student loan debt. 😂

I agree, however at the same time I don’t think you should mock or shame someone who went to a cal state university. It just seems like either you go to ucla or don’t bother going to college and I think that is wrong. Too much emphasis on prestige and not enough emphasis on completing a four year degree,no matter the college. Having said this, congratulations on your success and best wishes for your future.
