@saysdotcom: An attempted robbery involving an armoured security van outside a bank in Bandar Bukit Tinggi, Klang, was foiled after security guards acted quickly to protect the cash, according to New Straits Times. A lone suspect wearing a helmet allegedly threatened the guards with what appeared to be a pistol while they were transferring money. One guard immediately placed the bag containing RM82,000 back into the van and locked the doors, preventing the suspect from stealing the cash. However, the suspect managed to seize a pump-action shotgun from one of the guards before fleeing on a motorcycle. Selangor police are now tracking down the suspect using CCTV footage and have set up roadblocks across Klang as investigations continue.
