25 years ago, you would not have to teach this. This would’ve been ingrained in every successful restaurants handbook. For some reason, this is a concept difficult to grasp for today’s employees.

Fast food restaurants want to provide hospitality and is good . But they don’t provide the training , and they always rushing the employees and expecting them to provide hospitality.

The difference today is most manager and servers just don’t care they would rather be in their phones and humans today are rude and mean and food cost so much in restaurants now that humans get mad a severs now and take the tipping out on servers this what you are saying was great years ago

You are correct when it’s elevated and personal, the sky is the limit. Imaging one person-10 people bring in 10-20-30, text each other, he are you in the area? That’s good business….
