i’ll always remember how ummi wanted nasi kandar from penang, and how baba, after finishing work in selangor at 7pm, drove straight to penang just to buy it for her. he arrived home late that night and put the nasi kandar in the fridge. the next morning, he was the first one to leave for work. he didn’t even get the chance to see ummi, so he left her a love letter, a gift, and flowers in the kitchen instead. that kind of love is truly something special.

My grandpa is sick and has been in the hospital for over a week now. Everyday, without fail, my grandma would visit him. Grandpa always ask her to hold his hand. When visit time is over, he would ask where grandma is and cry whenever the doctor said that he can't go home yet. Today, he got discharged. He didn't remember the road or the house but he remembered grandma. He insisted that she hold his hand all the time.

I’ve been there too. When my ummi had a stroke, I witnessed his most vulnerable side. My heart could barely bear it. But seeing how deeply he loves my ummi, and how he has stayed faithfully by her side until this day, reminds me just how blessed and fortunate woman she truly is and so us five girls to have a father like him ♥️

my dad never shows his soft side with my mom infront of us but when my mom is sick, he's the one who brings her to clinic. when she's mad at us, he's the one who asked us to apologize because he can't bear to see my mom's disappointment. when she said she wants something, my dad rarely to say no to her wishes. she got pampered by him very well because she deserves it. i can't imagine how my world without my mom. i can't imagine how crash my dad's world when she's gone. i can't bear to imagine how much we breaks at that time.

orang tanya kenapa nak cari suami mcm ayah?? ayah tak kaya dengan wang tapi setiap kali ibu nak makan apa2 ayah akan diam2 usahakan untuk ibu. Ayah tak tunjuk kasih sayang depan2 tapi apa sahaja impian ibu ayah akan cuba untuk tunaikan. Ayah tak tunjuk dia lemah tapi setiap kali ibu sakit ayah akan usaha cari ubat untuk ibu. Ni lah benda paling sedih dan sakit yang pernah i rasa dalam hidup. Bila orang yang paling kuat depan kita iaitu susuk seorang bapa, mengalirkan air matanya untuk cinta hati beliau yang sedang bertarung nyawa di dalam icu. Selama ni tak pernah langsung tngok abah mengalirkan air matanya. Tetapi malam tu air matanya mengalir laju. Lagi sakit sbbnya orang yang kita anggap paling kuat pon tak mampu menanggung sakit untuk kehilangan isterinya yang tercinta 🥹.

kita kena belajar drpd org tua kita. tgk mcm mna depa jaga hubungan perkahwinan depa. bknnya what you bring to the table bs. i see these otai pipol love their other half unconditionally. they strive to make each other happy thus making Allah happy. truly beautiful
