At the same time, it claims to be hydrating and gives us this moist finish after cleansing. My Initial Thoughts / Experiences * SCENT - It has this floral smell to it. It smells nice to me but can be overpowering for some. * TEXTURE - It's this light creamy texture and transforms into light foamy lather when mixed with water. * EXPERIENCES - As for the daily effects, it does make the skin smooth, nourished and deeply cleansed without drying the skin. - Also, it feels very gentle to use especially on the eyes and mouth area. - If this is a good makeup remover, then my answer is no. I did use only non-waterproof ones and it did remove it partially.
