This is ridiculous. They wanted her to pay an extra $90 for a $30 gift she bought while she was waiting to board and then wouldn’t let her board (confiscated her ticket) even without the gift. She was calm and reasonable the whole time. I’m not seeing an entitled person. I feel so bad for her. You ppl commenting on her color arent looking at what’s actually happening. The police should have tried to reason with the airline. The escalated this for nothing

Most of the time I agreed with the airline this time did not seem right. This lady didn’t seem to be agitated for yelling and screaming nothing it just seems she was just trying to get a gift. It looks like somebody on spirit was having a bad day and just wanted to take it out on her unfortunate for this lady. I feel bad for her.

You really have to understand that it’s up to the captain. Flying is a very different thing. U have to understand how serious this is. U can’t argue. It’s like court in the US. Pilot’s word is final.
